Libby Stringer

Libby is a visual artist and musician living in Juneau, Alaska. Her current focus is on dimensional illustration for editorial applications, children's literature, portraiture and other opportunities as they present themselves. 

After earning her BFA in photography from BIOLA University in La Mirada, Calif., Libby served as a journalisteditor and designer for the Capital City Weekly and Juneau Empire newspapers.  In addition, she is a contributor to other local and national publications and media outlets. Other career highlights include stints as a naturalist photo guide, a bicycle rickshaw operator, a mine maintenance planner and currently as a project manager.
